Pulse helps you understand your body and feel your best. It works with our wearable fitness tracker to show how well you slept, how much energy you have, and what habits help you the most.
Whether you're training, working long hours, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, Pulse helps you understand the link between your rest and your energy.
SLEEP – RECOVERY STARTS OVERNIGHT
Pulse shows you how well your body and mind recover each night. You'll wake up to a Sleep Score that reflects how restorative your sleep really was—not just how long you were in bed. It combines your sleep duration, heart rate, and signs of recovery to give you a clear picture of your rest.
Each morning, you’ll also see your Energy Readiness score—your daily guide for understanding how prepared you are to take on physical and mental challenges.
Dig deeper with a Restorative Sleep Breakdown that shows how much time you spent in deep and REM sleep, the phases most responsible for repair and recovery. Visual graphs break your night into REM, deep, light, and awake stages so you can spot trends and improve over time.
Pulse also helps you understand other patterns, like how long it takes you to fall asleep, how much time you spend truly sleeping, and whether you’re building up sleep debt that affects your long-term energy.
SLEEP LAB – RUN EXPERIMENTS, FIND WHAT WORKS
Sleep Lab helps you go beyond tracking and start testing. It builds on your nightly sleep data to help you identify which evening habits are helping your recovery and which ones might be getting in the way.
You choose a variable to explore, such as screen time before bed, alcohol or caffeine consumption, late meals, or evening workouts. Sleep Lab then runs a simple, structured experiment to track how that behavior affects your sleep quality and energy readiness.
At the end, you receive a personalized results summary that highlights patterns, shows how sensitive your sleep is to the habit you tested, and helps you make more informed decisions about your nighttime routine.
One of the most impactful behaviors we track is stimulating screen time before bed. Exposure to blue light in the evening can delay melatonin production, increase heart rate, and reduce deep sleep. Sleep Lab helps you see the effect clearly and gives you the insight to change it.
