Access is customized based on user roles (Admin, Manager, General User). Administrative features such as user management and system settings are restricted to appropriate roles, ensuring security and privacy.
Image Uploads:
Users can attach images to maintenance tickets. These images are securely stored and linked to the corresponding ticket, providing accurate documentation for each task.
Instant Notifications:
Users receive real-time notifications for new task assignments, status updates, and required actions. This ensures quick responses and efficient task management.
