The repetitions are spaced out over increasingly longer intervals of time, approaching infinity. In other words, the time between repetitions gradually increases such that the intervals between reviews eventually become extremely long. This mimics the natural forgetting curve, where information is forgotten at a slower rate over time as it is consolidated in long-term memory. The increasing intervals between reviews help with long-term retention by exposing the information to the user again just before they are likely to forget it.

People practicing the spaced repetition method are advised to consolidate information by applying it in real life, every time you read a flashcard-notification, for example: imagine an associative image; reproduce the associative movement; write on a piece of paper in your own words; put into practice in the case under study.

HOW IT WORKS

Set the interval from 2 to 12 hours.

The application can now be closed. Expect your first notification after a "set interval".

The second and all subsequent notifications will arrive after the "current interval" + 1 hour.

You decide what information you need to remember.
You can add text or an image.

Usage Recommendations
1. Add the material you want to remember one by one until 12 am.
2. Set the interval to 2 hours if the added material has never been stored in your memory.
