of fully qualified mental health professionals. It’s like being able to text your psych anytime you need them. No obstacles like questionnaires or having to wait hours or days to be matched. You’ll get immediate responses, help and advice from a team who genuinely care.

Pay as you use the service. Each messaging session is 30 minutes but can be extended for as long as you wish. No lock-in contracts or subscriptions fees.

Start a messaging session anytime, day or night, 7 days a week. Our experts will provide continuous counselling by accessing your previous chats. They will work as a team for you, collaborating to get the best results for your particular situation.
