User's can set a goal and earn CardioFit badges for achieving their goal. User's can also set target weights and earn CardioFit badges when their target weights are achieved and maintained.

CardioFit stores user data in a local database on the user's mobile device. The data can be summarized to view weekly, monthly, yearly and lifetime performance.

The CardioFit features a dashboard that displays steps, speed, distance and duration. When using a treadmill, CardioFit can estimate distance using either walking stride or running stride.
