How to Use Fitai
Create your exercises: In the "Create Exercise" section, define the name, sets, duration (in seconds), and a personalized voice prompt. Save your exercise and it will be added to the available "Exercise List."
Organize your routine: Go to the "Exercise List" and use the "+" icon to add exercises to "My Routine." Drag and drop to arrange them as you prefer.
Start your workout: In "My Routine," tap "Start Routine" to begin. Follow the voice prompt (optional from the settings tab) until you complete your routine or individual exercise.
