PRODUCT STORE

You will be able to see all the products available for immediate purchase. Click on the product of your interest and review its characteristics. To purchase a product, first select the units and then click "add to cart". Once your products have been added, confirm your order by clicking on “view cart”. Then, process the payment for your purchase and shipping by clicking on “complete purchase”. In this last step, you can select the option for pickup in store or delivery to all of Chile.

In the “shopping cart”, you can review and modify the items in your order. You can also simulate the shipping cost by entering your shipping address. Additionally, you can enter discount coupons granted or published by Nutrición Chile SpA.

Nutrition Chile SpA, processes payments securely through the FLOW operator. It has all electronic payment methods. The transfer option is also available that allows you to pay directly to the Nutrición Chile SpA bank account (you will receive the information in your email at the end of the purchase). Both operations are safe and have a guarantee with an automatic refund system (you just have to request it).

HEALTH CARE RESERVATION

You will be able to reserve your health care services through a multifunctional form with a drop-down list of services linked to a calendar that allows you to select a date and time of care. In addition, you can attach related documents such as vouchers, medical orders, prescriptions, exams and other clinical records.

Classified agendas are available for private care or with a bonus from the National Health Fund (FONASA) in face-to-face, teleconsultation and home visits modalities.

For particular care, online booking allows you to immediately pay for your care, securely, through the FLOW payment processor. If you plan to pay later, you will receive a notification of your reservation in your email with the payment link and its associated code. After making the payment, you will receive the electronic receipt in your email, which you can use to reimburse the cost to your Isapre or health insurance.

For services with a FONASA bonus, online booking allows you to attach your BONUS, which you must purchase and download in advance on the FONASA website. You obtain all the information to complete this process in the item “buy Fonasa voucher”.

HEALTH RESERVE MANAGEMENT

You can request all types of changes to your reservations. Specifically, you can cancel a reservation and/or request a change in service, provider, date and time of service. You can also indicate the reasons for your cancellation and if you need us to contact you to coordinate a new service date.
