Ertan Belollari shares his passion for everything related to olive agriculture and its products, from extra virgin olive oil to olives in oil and much more.
His company is located in Pontedassio, the main center of the Middle Empire Valley, surrounded by lush olive groves arranged on steep terraces.

The company is housed in an ancient oil mill, where the Belollari family has installed a modern continuous cycle oil mill, equipped with cutting-edge equipment to guarantee high quality production. Ertan dedicates commitment to his work and has big plans for the future, including the involvement of the local community, the creation of an educational area for schools and visitors, and the valorisation of the historic spaces of the oil mill, including the majestic water wheel .

The company grows 6,000 olive trees, many of which have been recovered from their state of abandonment thanks to careful landscape renovation work, including the construction of dry stone walls.

The history of the Belollari, a family of Albanian origins, in the olive growing sector dates back just over 20 years ago. Ertan has been able to capitalize on the precious advice of his elders and, since 2015, has been actively working in the company together with the support of his family, especially his wife Alba, an expert in the field of oil tasting.

It is no coincidence that these young farmers represented Liguria at Expo 2015 in Milan, marking the beginning of an intense and ever-increasing promotion. The olive cultivation areas extend to places such as Carpanei, Rovolla, Viexi, Rovea, Runchi, Ornelli, Vacché and Zerbà undertana. Each toponymy reveals the history of the places, from the original woods to the transformation of the land into cereal cultivations and subsequently olive trees.

The Belollari family represents with pride and dedication a centuries-old tradition, characterized by passion, skills and the production of the highest quality DOP Riviera Ligure extra virgin olive oil.

In the few hectares of our company, every element of the work is accompanied by attention to detail and rigorous care of production procedures, workers' rights and organic cultivation. These factors have allowed us to achieve prestigious awards such as the Oscar of Saper Fare during Expo 2015, confirming the extraordinary value of a Made in Italy product.
