Fr Juarez, a miner from the city of Lavras, became a priest in 1995, after completing his studies in Santa Catarina and Taubaté - sp. His intense work of communicating the Gospel includes radio and TV programs, as well as trips to daily preachings and masses.

In addition to all this activity, Father Juarez has been dedicated to evangelizing through song for four years. He released his first CD Deus é aqui and was soon nominated for a Latin Grammy as the best Christian music album. Then he released You are a miracle and On the wings of hope, and on the fourth CD he obtained authorization from Roberto Carlos to include in the repertoire the song "Luz divina" that gives the album its name.

Father Juarez has traveled throughout Brazil as a legitimate Messenger of Perseverance through preaching and concerts with music, art and evangelization.
