The isi app suggests suitable and scientifically based learning modules from various disciplines, e.g. from psychology, nutritional science and physiotherapy. In this way you become more aware of connections and possible actions.
Therapy. Don’t stay alone with your complaints and challenges! Based on the diary evaluations, the isi app creates a daily plan tailored to you that accompanies you in everyday life. This includes a variety of learning modules and interactive exercises. You can also create an individual SOS plan and use your evaluations to make arrangements with your doctor.
