Prep Contest is an app that generates preparation protocols for men, containing macros, workouts and cardio, leaving no room for error!

We designed Prep so that you have access to everything you need in an extremely detailed way:
-Access to macros, adjusted weekly according to evaluations;
-Access to periodized training, adjusted according to the phase of your protocol;
-Access the amount, duration and intensity of cardio you should do;
-Access to the amount of water you should consume in each phase of the protocol.

The protocol is generated individually and personalized according to your initial assessment, lasting 17 weeks (120 days).
