Next-day delivery to a Reiss store is completely free of charge, however, Reiss does not offer free delivery via courier. Delivery to your home is £5.95 and arrives the next day.

What is the Reiss returns policy?
Online and store purchases can be returned within 28 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with the original packaging and labels. If you purchased or ordered in-store, you must return the items to a Reiss store for a refund. Reiss has also partnered with NEXT, allowing you to return your order to a local NEXT store. Courier returns cost £1.95 and can be arranged for return through the account section on the Reiss website.
