With the Salonna app you can manage your appointment schedule for every day, you can send a notification to your customer and announce them about your last updates and to let them know the last salon special sales.

Setup your account with the opening and close time for every day, and the app will do the rest of your management.

Add your services to your salon account, so clients can see the services that you provide, add a service title, service duration, cost, choose an image for this service from the list images at the Salonna app. There is no limit for the service count. Customers can choose one service or more with a single appointment and pick a time from the unreserved time.

The Salonna app allows you to upload your photos to your account to let your customers see what kinds of services you can offer.

The Salonna app comes with 2 salon management levels. The Salonna Pro version and the Lite version.

When you download the Salonna app you will get the Salonna Pro version for a trial for 30 days. This will allow you to use all the features, one month later you will have 2 options: Extend with Salonna Pro for a small price or you will downgrade to Lite version. In both cases you will continue using the Salonna app.

There are some differences between the 2 versions. With the Pro, your customers can perform their appointment without calling you, or you can add them manually. In the Lite version you only add them manually, they can’t make online appointments themselves. With the Salonna Pro you can send notifications as much you like to your customers who make at least one online appointment. These clients will appear in your customers list and they will get a reminder for their appointment. In the Lite version you can’t send them a notification.

When you are working with the Salonna Pro, your customers need will to install the salonna app as a customer’s version to get your notifications and make their appointments, but if you decide to go with the lite version, your clients don’t need to install the app.
