A one-time registration is required to use the app. Registration takes place with the help of your benefit notification. The app is suitable for smartphones and tablets and gives you an overview of all acceptance partners as well as mobile ID.

The KoblenzPass is an offer for children, adults and senior citizens from Koblenz who are eligible for assistance. Eligible for assistance are people who live in Koblenz and receive social benefits from the Koblenz city administration or the Koblenz job center (e.g.: citizen's benefit, basic security, assistance with living expenses, asylum seeker benefits, housing benefit, burden subsidy or education and participation benefits).
