Beringharjo BMT attendance application based on android mobile is an application to make attendance and permits through an android smartphone.

Absent based on GPS position
When making attendance, the application will send the employee's GPS location, if the employee's GPS location matches the specified location, then the employee can be absent.

Attendance Permit
Permission for attendance can be done through the application, making it easier for employees to do permission, after doing permission, the branch manager or HRD will give approval through a web-based application specifically for branch managers or HRD.

Permission Sick
Sick Permit can be done through the application, making it easier for employees to do permission, after doing permission, the branch manager or HRD will give approval through a web-based application specifically for branch managers or HRD.
Documents such as a doctor's certificate can be sent through the application as a trapping document for sick permission

Exit Permit During Office Hours
Employees can do permission to leave when office hours for personal use through the application, employees simply need to send permission and then address it to the branch manager or HRD, then the branch manager or HRD to approve for permission to leave the office.

Leave permission
Employees can make leave permission through the application, employees simply need to send permission and then address it to the branch manager or HRD, then the branch manager or HRD approval for leave permission.

Outstation
For employees who will carry out external services, can submit external services to the branch manager or HRD through the application by filling in the start and finish dates, external service needs, objectives, and location of external services.

Integrated with Payroll application
Every activity carried out through the attendance application will be integrated with the payroll application, making it easier for HRD to calculate bonuses and deductions during payroll.
