Postpartum Self-Evaluation is a test helping new mothers affected by Postnatal depression symptoms. The test is based on a set of 10 questions related to the mother's feelings and emotions, it will help them acknowledge the scale of their postpartum depression.
Mothers are advised to talk to their doctor or go to therapy in the event of symptoms persistence.
