Project "Dalla Costa al Crinale" Starting again from the territory Flag Cilento Mare Blu to rediscover the value of the Mediterranean diet. The biodiversity of Cilento has always been characterized by traditions and emotions steeped in a history that represents a "unicum", as a meeting point between the millenary culture of fishing, dating back to the Greek colonizers, and the horticultural vocation, introduced by the transit of Eastern Monks. Elements that have given life to an immense patrimony of values ​​on which a civilization made up of testimonies is based that tell the story of a rurality, full of souls and real rituals to be discovered, whose products represent a quality that is the the result of experiences handed down, hard work, crafts and ancient tools, which draw a timeless line that cancels the distance between the past and the contemporary. In this historical, cultural and social context, the "Cilento dal Costa al Crinale" project is placed for the Visit to the Territory Flag Cilento Mare Blu, which develops along a path that starts from Capaccio Paestum and ends in Novi Velia passing through the ancient Elea. This route crosses both the coastal municipalities of the Cilento Mare Blu FLAG and the first ridge adjacent to them, making it possible to use thematically and contextually the territory in relation to the three themes: Eno-Agri-food, Spiritual and Environmental (understood as Cultural Landscape).
