You will only have to follow the weekly menu consisting of 3 to 4 meals a day (breakfasts, lunches, dinners and possibly snacks).
You have the option of swapping one recipe for another if you don't like the recipe.
To make your life easier, we provide you with shopping lists for each week based on the number of people in your household!

You won't be spending hours in your kitchen, I promise!
You just need to use the recipes provided (over 230) with the program.

PERSONALIZED SUPPORT
You will have direct access to Clémence for nutrition and to Romain for sport.
Every Wednesday evening, a live questions / answers will be organized to accompany you.
You will join the program's dedicated support group on Facebook, reserved for all participants.
AN OPTIONAL SPORTS PROGRAM
To optimize your weight loss, you will have the opportunity to follow a complete sports program with Romain.
Suitable for all levels, this program does not require material.
All you need to do is allocate 1 small hour per week!
