The DASS App “Mind-yourself” is a mobile application consisting of activities, strategies, and tips to be used individually to reduce stress and develop strategies to deal with stressors of daily life. The app’s contents combine mindfulness, art, and dance. These contents are provided in different formats – to maintain the interest of its users and to cater for the preferences of users.
