There's too many self help programs out there as it is... we're not going to tell you how to live your life we are just here to help you find the answers for yourself. In the FPM SET V1.0 the interface was quite complex and somewhat weighty. In this version there is a video tutorial available that explains the basis for the criteria we use. Again.. this is not a self-help app like you know it this is a tool to help you find the answers. We'd recommend that if you are seeing someone for Peer Support or some other type of therapeutic endeavor that you reference this tool it will save you time and $
