The app welcomes the user with a home screen were they can choose to add their goals for the day. On the other hand, the user can view exercises listed on the app and do them to stay fit. Once the user chooses an exercise to do, he is prompted to enter how many seconds they want to do the exercise for or they have the option to choose how many repetitions of that exercise to perform. Furthermore, the user can add extra exercises to the ones present in the list. On each screen of the application, there’s a motivational quote on the background to ensure that the user stays disciplined with their goals and exercises.
