The author of this software does not carry out and is not required to carry out checks on the existence or otherwise of the professional qualifications of the user/professional firm and is therefore excluded from any liability for damage caused by the user of the software towards third parties.
Since this APP does not automatically generate nutritional plans, it is understood that the sole person responsible for issuing diets is the user who, if he is a specialist in the sector, is the only one authorized to determine the suitability of the diet developed for the end user.
