This is a live fillable form with the ability to store data into Google Sheets destination called the Fruit/Veg Harvested Record File, is easy to use. The items to be filled in the form have been standardized to eliminate any haphazard filling in of data by individual user thus ensuring the data input by farm users is accurate and standardized.

Farm users with a bluetooth portable weighing scale are able to input harvesting data into the form and capture the data on the go and as soon as the produce are harvested. Delays in capturing harvesting data are eliminated using this method.

Once harvesting data on the form has been submitted, the app is able to start accepting/logging incoming data onto a Google Sheet which is the Fruit / Vegetable Harvesting Record file. Data on Google Sheet is immediately refreshed each time data is submitted from the FruitsHarvesting Form.

Farm users will be able to access up-to-date and timely data on harvested produce in the farm. The time-stamp feature in google sheet allow farm users to track accurately and exactly when a produce is harvested. With such timely information, farm users are able to transmit and share this information with suppliers and customers confidently and accurately thus improving turnaround time of sales of produce and improving productiviy for all users in the supply chain.

The availability of the various types of plants and herbs in the app facilitates users in aggregating and accessing such information in one place.

Users can also avail themselves to high quality pictures of plants and herbs information on how to use the herbs in the farms to help to learn more about the proper and safe ways to use herbs on the farm.
