Application created for high school students to help them calculate their 1 RM, load fractions and save their results for consultation according to their needs. It has been adapted to the demands of teachers and trainers collected during the days of continuing education. The calculation formulas used are that of Brzycki up to 10 repetitions and that of Nebraska beyond (with a maximum of 20 repetitions).
The load fractions are rounded according to the setting step of the machine.
