Chinese Nasal Congestion Questionnaire: It is based on the Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation (NOSE) Scale using five questions to assess the nasal congestion.

Visual analog scale for nasal ventilation: Visual analogue scale (VAS) of nasal patency to subjectively feel the smoothness of nasal breathing on both sides.

Total nasal symptom score: the severity of four symptoms: runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, and itchy nose.

中文鼻塞問卷
是依據 Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation (NOSE) Scale使用五題問題來評估鼻塞狀況。總分越高，表示鼻塞影響越大。

鼻通氣視覺類比量尺
Visual analogue scale (VAS) of nasal patency 以主觀感受兩側鼻呼吸通暢程度。標記最左側代表完全阻塞，最右側代表完全暢通。

全鼻症狀評分
以流鼻水、鼻塞、打噴嚏、鼻子癢四種症狀的嚴重程度來綜合評估鼻子的狀況。

紀錄與歷史查詢
評估紀錄完成後，可儲存，並在"歷史紀錄"中看到之前紀錄的結果。
"看曲線圖"可以看到紀錄期間的線性變化。如果紀錄資料太多筆造成畫面凌亂，可以將資料以電子郵件寄出，再刪除資料重新開始記錄。
