The Rosary "is a prayer with a Christological heart" which with its "simplicity and depth remains, even in this third millennium, a prayer of great significance, destined to bear fruits of holiness". The recitation of this prayer "leads to the very heart of Christian life and offers an ordinary as well as fruitful spiritual and pedagogical opportunity for personal contemplation, the formation of the people of God and the new evangelization".
