You must set the language type of your alarm control panel
If your language is not listed try to use the English type...it works!

SETUP:
- Open the setup screen
- (System) Select the system to edit ( up to 10 )
- (Panel type) select the language of your control panel
- (Tel n°) enter the phone number of your security system
- (Code) enter the code you use on your security system
- (Save and exit) save the configuration, you're ready to use Security SMS Remote PRO

HOW IT WORKS:
The operation is based on sending and receiving commands via SMS messages sent to the GSM module of your alarm system. There are only the costs for sending and receiving messages and depend on the tariff plans adopted.
