Patients undergoing coronary stents implantation, in the case of surgical procedures, are at risk of thrombosis which vary not only according to the time elapsed between stent placement and date of surgery but also according to the type of stent implanted.

There are certainly other variables that weigh on these events (type of surgery, type of anesthesia, patient's compensation, patient's therapeutic compliance) but this application provides us with a starting point to plan a therapeutic strategy (eg postpone, if possible , surgery)

The application analyzes the type of stent implanted on the patient and considers the time span that elapses between the implantation of the stent and the programmed intervention, returning a probabilistic estimate of the thrombotic risk.

The goal is to reduce the risk of these patients developing serious complications related to stent thrombosis.
