My Mortgage Calculator app is designed to calculate monthly mortgage home affordability and debt-to-income ratio for new home buyers. It will provide you a basic idea about mortgage before buying a dream home. This app is completely free and comes without advertisements.
For mortgage calculation, user enters value of property, down payment, interest rate, mortgage years, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI), property tax, home (hazard) insurance, as well as Home Owner Association (HOA) or condominium fee in the respective fields as inputs in first screen. After touching "Calculate Mortgage" key, this app will display monthly mortgage payment and monthly payment of principal and interest. It also prints principal loan amount, the lifetime principal and interest in the given loan as well as the total amount of interest will be paid at the end of term.
"Clear" key removes all the entered and displayed data.

Affordability Calculator
For affordability calculation, users goes to second screen by touching "Go to Affordability" key. In second screen, user enters his gross (before tax) annual income along with down payment and after touching "Calculate" key, this app will print maximum monthly payment and maximum home price you can afford. It also lists some common rules which lenders use to figure it out your loan qualification.

Debt-to-income Ratio
With this feature, user is able to find out whether his/her debt-to-income ratio is acceptable for mortgage loan approval or not.
