This app enables user to make access internet
The consumer has to get username and password from Customer Care Agent by making a call to Customer Care on number displayed on login page.
Once the consumer gets username and password, they can login in and register their complaints. The complaints can be registered by entering details in the app and booking through internet.
lt also provides other relevant information related to distribution and supply of electricity in Jammu Region of UT of J&K.
The consumer can check the status of their complaints through the app.

This app does not store or share any sensitive information of the user.
This app is designed to be used by consumers of Jammu Power Distribution Corporation.
This application sends registered complaint to Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Database for speedy resolution of their grievances.
