A probability wheel can be used to encode a cumulative probability distribution reflecting an experts opinion (or your own) about some uncertain variable.
For example: Ask the expert "Would you rather 1) bet that revenue ends up being less than $5M, or 2) take a chance that the spinner lands in the blue"?
Demonstrate a random spin. Adjust the colors until the expert is indifferent, and record the experts confidence level (orange). Ask "How about less than $100M"? Repeat until you have enough values to plot a cumulative probability distribution.
