The Portfolio Balancing application helps you maintain the percentages of each stock or real estate fund in your portfolio based on its analysis and classification. You analyze and define a score for each stock or FII in your portfolio. Based on this note the application suggests a recommended percentage for each stock or real estate fund.

This premium version has a tool where you register criteria and then carry out an evaluation of each desired asset, informing notes according to the registered criteria. At the end, an asset note is generated based on the weighted arithmetic average of the inserted notes.

When making new contributions, you indicate in the app how much you want to apply. Based on the registered note and suggested percentage, the application suggests the amount to be acquired for each share or real estate fund to keep the portfolio balanced and follow the buy and hold strategy.

You can update quotes on the app screen. or use a shared Google Sheets spreadsheet.

The Wallet Balancing app does not make any recommendation or indication to buy or sell. All calculations that the application makes are based on the notes of the shares or real estate funds that you analyze, choose, register and classify according to your personal criteria.

The Wallet Balancing application does not ask for personal data. The quotations for each asset in the portfolio are entered by the user himself.
