Objective
The first objective is for information for citizens to be in a transparent system where owners, breeders and sellers of pets first register before advertising and selling. The second objective is to provide protective measures for future pet owners. In principle, every pet owner is responsible for their choice when acquiring an animal, but must have adequate information to facilitate the choice.
