(Kanrigyo Mushuninsha) is a national qualification established to report important matters related to condominium condominium contracts and administrative affairs.
● Exam
The number of examinees has exceeded 20,000 in recent years. Although the number of examinees has been decreasing year by year, it has bottomed out at 20,194 in 2007 and has started to increase since 2008.
The test subject is the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, which is a national qualification conducted by the Condominium Management Companies Association as a designated testing institution.
