The APP has 6 menus to which the user can access. The first is an introductory chapter "Knowing the interface forest fires" where the user can find out about IFIs, fire behavior factors and forms of heat transmission, among others.
The second menu “Before the forest fire” delivers actions to be carried out by the inhabitants of the commune to prepare their house and environment in the face of the threat of a forest fire. This menu in turn has the following submenus: Fire risk assessment, Creates a defensible space, Acts on fuel and reviews the construction elements of the house.
The third menu “During the forest fire” provides information on the types of smoke column, what to do at home, self-protection measures and Population Protection Measures.
The fourth menu "After the forest fire" gives recommendations on what to do once the fire has occurred.
The fifth menu "Glossary" is a dictionary about the most commonly used concepts when talking about Forest Interface Fires.
The sixth “Priority of Protection” menu will allow the user of the application to know what the Priority of Protection means and to know depending on the locality in which it is located in the commune of San José de Maipo, if its area is in Low to Very High Protection Priority
