I have been involved in sports since I was little. Playing for local football teams and eventually making it in to the Havant and Waterlooville Ladies team. After a re-occurring groin injury I had to hang up my boots, but this made me want to get involved in the fitness industry more. Since doing my first year of university in Sport and Exercise Science, gaining my PT qualification and spending 5 years in the gym working out effective ways to train, I am now ready to help others on the very same journey I have taken. I believe that exercising should be fun and enjoyable - it should make you feel empowered and rather than a must it should be a need and want.

Qualifications: Pre/post natal, pelvic floor coach, level 3 personal trainer, boxfit/circuits/spin, level 1 football coaching.
Currently studying: GP exercise referral, Level 4 lower back pain, Level 4 Strength and Conditioning.
