In this way you can access the professional opinion you need from your cell phone or tablet, choosing the time that suits you and no matter where you are.
This new service allows you to:
• Schedule a shift: you have the possibility to choose the professional and available time you want.
• Access the scheduled shift.
• View the query history.
• Keep a personal health record.
Also at the time of consultation, the doctor can indicate the performance of studies of low complexity to perform, without medical order through, in any of the Medicus Centers.
All the data arising from the video call will be recorded in a computerized medical record.
