Cancer is a public health problem that Taiwan must face as it enters the 21st century. The deterioration of the external environment and unhealthy lifestyles have caused cancer to remain high. How to guide the public to avoid exposure to risk factors, increase the cancer screening rate and the economic benefits of cancer screening, is worth thinking about. Oral cancer ranks the fourth in the incidence and mortality of male malignant tumors in Taiwan. It is a cancer with precancerous stage. Therefore, the establishment of prevention and screening strategies targeting precancerous stages will help reduce the incidence of oral cancer. . This APP mobile phone application is funded by the third phase cancer research project of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, developed by the Kaohsiung Medical University Oral Cancer Team, combined with Kaohsiung Medical University Affiliated Hospital, Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, China Medical University Affiliated Hospital, Chenggong University Affiliated Hospital Together with the five medical centers of Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital, we are working together to increase the diagnosis rate of oral precancerous lesions and oral cancer, and to reduce the incidence and mortality of oral cancer.

In response to the increasing use of mobile devices, this APP is used to predict the risk of oral precancerous lesions/oral cancer. The people use the APP to fill out questionnaires, and the APP program can estimate whether the subjects are likely to be a high-risk group. If it is estimated that it may be a high-risk group, information on the nearest medical institution is provided for the public to go to the doctor and screen for oral cancer. In addition, this APP also provides relevant health education information such as the health hazards of betel nut cigarettes and oral cancer screening.
