Guests can communicate directly with the front-desk through the in-app calling and chat features - It's like having a virtual butler following your guest. Moreover, guests can check their account activities at any time from the “my transactions feature”.
For staff, through directed notifications, the GSA helps managing all orders of products and services as well as cleaning and maintenance requests, all shown in one clear dashboard view. It optimizes the communication flow between the venue and the guests during all hours of operation.
