Care about Care aims at empowering stakeholders in professional home care ecosystems. It will provide new ICT-enhanced ways of collaboration and information exchange to enable older people to age at home and to improve care workflows. Eight teams from Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland will develop and test two pilot platforms of Care about Care in three countries around Europe, by the end of 2023, involving more than 700 participants.
