Mission for the development of "St. P. Hilendarski ”is a school activity to help:
validation of educational activities as a process of comprehensive and consistent entry of students into the objective world of society or a separate part of it;
organizing the school community as an open system, ie as an element of the existing socio-cultural and economic conditions and the presence of feedback between them;
introduction of a set of modern pedagogical technologies (from training to strategic planning and management) into school management and educational activities;
developing the ability to acquire information and master modern information and communication technologies;
facilitating the transformation of the school culture and the organizational development of the St. P. Hilendarski ”on the way of its establishment as a self-learning organization based on knowledge and information;
humanization of relations at the St. P. Hilendarski ”;
formation and development of basic school and human values, such as respect for the rights and freedoms of every student, teacher, parent and every other participant in educational interactions, non-discrimination on any grounds;
Engaging the school community at St.P. Hilendarski High School with the creation of adequate conditions for getting to know and understanding between different ethnic and religious groups with school communities in the region and the country, through efforts to overcome prejudices and discrimination on ethnic and religious grounds. .
