“Gesundheitssignal” allows you to record your clients’ care documentation pseudonymously on your smartphone and the recorded
Present data graphically, textually and in tables.

- Optionally create a separate team for each client who can document and process the health data.

- Optionally create alarm limits for various vital signs for each client in order to receive an email or PUSH alarm on the smartphone if the measured values ​​deviate.

- Care documentation using anamnesis, care documentation, care reports, implementation evidence, skin change sheets and scales.

- The following vital signs can currently be recorded using the app: pulse, blood pressure, eating, drinking, pain, skin, temperature, urine, stool, weight, blood sugar, vigilance, oxygen saturation, mobilization, breathing rate, positioning, other excretions, fluid balance.

- If you wish, share your pseudonymized vital signs, the recorded diagrams and the care documentation with, for example, the responsible family doctor.

- Receive a full report for each client automatically upon request at the end of each month. You can archive all of your care documentation digitally for yourself or your company: "If you practice your profession as a freelancer, the records and other documents that serve as documentation must be kept for at least ten years."
