With the Work-Life-Balance app you can learn more about how you separate your work and leisure time, why you work during your free time and what positive and negative effects this can have.
In the app you will receive questions twice a day for 14 days (after work and the next morning, duration approx. 10 min.) About your work requirements, work-related activities during your free time, well-being, exhaustion, distance from work and work commitment .
You have the opportunity to conduct well-founded psychological tests and at the end of the survey (after 14 days) you will automatically receive detailed feedback directly in the app, including comparative values about your working and sleeping times, work requirements, work-related activities during your free time, well-being, exhaustion and detachment from work as well as your work commitment.
We look forward to your participation if you
• are at least 18 years old,
• are employed or employed,
• work at least 20h / week,
• work at least 3 days / week,
• DO NOT work at night and
background
Many people work in their free time - in different ways. This can affect the recovery process and also have long-term health effects.
As part of a research project at the University of Graz, we are conducting a study and would like to find out how people spend their free time doing their work and what effects this can have.

If you have any questions or comments about the study, you can contact Andrea Noja at
