The jurXpert app offers convenient performance recording and access to the jurXpert database on the go. Existing persons, services and files can be viewed on your Android device and new services can be recorded.

By accessing the jurXpert database, a search can be started for all existing persons. For the sake of clarity, the people are shown in different colors depending on the type of person. Some of the possible search parameters are name, person type, address, email... . The selected person can also be called directly via the app, or there is the option of sending an e-mail or SMS to them. After the respective action, a service entry is suggested (the corresponding service abbreviations for the telephone call or an outgoing e-mail are automatically loaded from jurXpert). Based on the personal address, a route plan can also be created - this is particularly useful if you are already on the way to an appointment.

The app offers an insight into the file master data (persons involved including their role, leader, basis of assessment...) anytime and anywhere. Actions such as direct calls, e-mail, SMS, etc. are also possible for the persons assigned to the act. Of course, the performance can also be recorded directly in the file. The list of files last used is stored in the device so that if there is no internet connection, these can be used to record services.

When entering the service, the values ​​for the service abbreviation, act, service text, duration of the service, person for the service and a note can be entered. If there is an internet connection, the service is currently written to the jurXpert database after it has been saved. If no Internet connection is available, a corresponding message is displayed on the device and the performance is buffered on the device so that it can be sent to the server later (when the connection to the database is up again). For a better overview, the services that have not yet been saved centrally in jurXpert are marked in color.

Furthermore, there is the possibility to set the period for the service list (a from and to date) and to change the employee (if the right exists). The service list is displayed (adapted to the appearance of an Android device) as in the service entry sheet.

We do not collect or use any data via the app. The app service is hosted on the customer's servers. All data generated or processed in connection with the use of the app thus remain on the customer's servers and are subject to their privacy policies and procedures.
