Fed up with the bright charging light in your bedroom at night? This app detects when your phone or tablet is charging and automatically turns off the charging LED.

No battery drain. Disable Charging LED only runs while your device is plugged in.

Note
• The "Notification Light" setting must be activated (settings vary per device, see the screenshots for Android N and O examples).
• On most devices, the charging light will only be disabled while the screen is turned off (Android limitation).
• Disable Charging LED must be opened at least once before Android will allow it to run in the background.
• Do you use Do Not Disturb? Disable Charging LED may not work in Alarms Only mode. Please try Priority Only mode instead, and make sure to activate priority only override settings.

Disable Charging LED relies on the notification light to override the charging LED. This may not work on all devices.

• Sony Xperia Z5 Compact

The app won't work on devices without a notification LED, e.g.:
• Huawei Y6
• Nexus 6
• Samsung Galaxy J7
