My ENJOY Health has been developed by the National Ageing
Research Institute (NARI). This is an age-friendly mobile application that aims to assist users to get familiar with the Seniors Exercise Park outdoor equipment and use it safely. The app is based on research evidence that shows the physical, social and health benefits of using the Seniors Exercise Park for older people. My ENJOY Health features programs, workouts, exercises and video resources designed by experts in active ageing.

The exercise timer may not work if the mobile phone/device goes into sleep/lock mode. For optimal mobile app function, users may need to adjust their device’s Display setting.
