LifeBuoy is only accessible to people taking part in a study conducted by the Black Dog Institute.

LifeBuoy is an app that aims to help young people develop strategies and problem-solving skills to manage their suicidal thoughts. The app has been designed by experts in mental health and suicide prevention.

There are seven modules to move through, each taking approximately 3-7 minutes to complete. Once a module is complete, it will unlock and ‘light up’ a new module to move to.
