The AxonFarma app for citizens is a tool provided by your pharmacist to help you take care of your health. Thanks to it, you will be able to see on your phone all the health data that has been taken from you at the pharmacy, as well as monitoring any hospital medication requests you have.

How to start using it?
Download the app and tell your pharmacist to send you an invitation to register for the app. The invitation will arrive to you via email, which will include a code that you must enter to register, in addition to your username and password. Once registration is complete, you will be able to see all health data and follow-ups.
