Seyyed Mohammad Hejazi was born in Tehran in the year 1280 AD. His father was Seyyed Nasrallah Mostofi of the Qajar Mustafa. At the age of 14, Mohammed lost his father. His education was at the St. Louis School in Tehran and in 1300 he went to France by the Ministry of Post and Telegraph, where he obtained an encyclopedia of engineering in wireless telegraphy and translated his thesis into Berlin. Then he returned home and continued his studies in Persian literature in Tehran.
He became the managing director of Iran Today magazine. He worked in various positions under the auspices of the Iranian Academy of Sciences, the head of the Iranian Broadcasting and Publications Office, and was a senator for several rounds.
