This app is useful for any person interested in Unit Trust EPF Investment Scheme

1. Obtain EPF Basic Saving (Required amount) in Account 1 (effective Jan 1 2019)
Calculate amount 30% available for Unit Trust investment (first withdrawal)
*useful for a person with small EPF amount. Show only 1st withdrawal if eligible.

2. Calculate EPF Amount 1 withdrawals for 4 times
using 30% limit
*useful for a person with larger EPF amount.

Total investment is calculated with approx 9% rate, for number of years until age 55. This is for demonstration purpose only.

Calculate, if eligible, next year's withdrawals (total investment from 8 withdrawals)

Total withdrawals are calculated only from amount above RM1000

3. Calculate profit from Lump sum investment
input Amount, annual rate of return, number of years

4. Calculate profit from monthly investment
input Amount, annual rate of return, number of years

5. Total Units obtained when you invest (buy).
using Total = (NAV)/ Unit Price
minus Service Charge (3%)

6. Profit obtained when you sell (redeem).
using Total Units x Unit Price = (NAV)
